Clinical Psychologist (Interim Autonomous Practice)

I completed a Doctorate in Clinical psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO) in Gatineau in June 2025, after accumulating more than 2,300 hours of clinical training. These experiences allowed me to specialize in psychological assessment and treatment.

During my doctoral studies, I completed an internship (French and English) in health psychology at Montfort Hospital in Ottawa. There, I worked with adults and seniors experiencing a range of difficulties (adjustment disorder, insomnia/recurring nightmares, health anxiety, social anxiety, and depression), as well as physical health issues (cardiac conditions, diabetes, Crohn's disease, and pulmonary disease). I also completed an internship at the Adult Mental Health Clinic at the CLSC in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, where I worked with English- and French-speaking adult and elderly patients presenting with various mental health concerns (bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, health anxiety, physical pain and fatigue, and personality disorders). Previously, I trained at the UQO University Clinic with adults presenting diverse issues (obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and depression).

My clinical approach integrates contemporary psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral perspectives. I place particular importance on conducting a thorough assessment of each person and their needs in order to collaboratively develop the most appropriate treatment plan.
